A family business since 1955

Fowlkes Equipment began in 1955 with the purchase of a used D7 dozer by John Fowlkes Sr. The company is now managed by John Fowlkes III, a third generation of Fowlkes'. Although dozer work remains an important part of the business, Fowlkes Equipment has diversified into a sand and gravel operation with several dump trucks, large front end loaders, skid steer loaders, back hoe, motorgrader and compaction equipment. Fowlkes Equipment also has laser guided grading equipment.
